What Is Expected?

I believe that in order for lessons to be successful the student and teacher need to collaborate and take responsibility for their own roles in the learning process. If you decide to work with me we will make short term and long term goals and work methodically across a period of time to achieve them.

I will use all my resources and skills to shape my students into well rounded musicians.

What Comes with a Lesson?

I will expose my students to French horn repertoire, music history, current musical events, and technical skills that will improve their musicianship and their playing ability.

Scheduling

I will communicate scheduling changes as early as possible, with at least 24 hour notice. I ask that students do the same.

Student Responsibilities

1. Students will maintain regular practice hours, based on individual goals.

2. Students will come to lessons with their assignments prepared to the best of their abilities.

3. Students will communicate lesson cancellations as early as possible, with at least 24 hour notice.

4. Students will purchase required lesson materials.
